Lawn Service – Includes mow, edge, weedeat, and blow. Maintained weekly after spring scalp from March through

the month of October. Maintained monthly from the month of November through the month of February.

• Prices valid for normal size lots, up to 11,000 sq ft before improvements for interior lots and 12,000 sq ft for corner lots. Add $3 to the weekly cost per 1000 sq ft after these amounts.
• All services require a valid credit card or checking account information on file.
• Above prices are valid after any necessary initial clean ups.
• There is a 4 service minimum for new customers.

Lawn & Landscape Service (both) – (lawn, bushes, beds, trees)

Lawn Service – Includes mow, edge, weedeat, and blow. Maintained weekly after spring scalp from March through

the month of October. Maintained monthly from the month of November through the month of February.

Landscape Service – Maintained monthly after a detailed Spring Clean Up. Includes an hour of landscape touch

up time per month from March through October.

• Prices valid for normal size lots, up to 11,000 sq ft before improvements for interior lots and 12,000 sq ft for corner lots. Add $16 per month per 1000 sq ft after these amounts.
• All services require a valid credit card or checking account information on file.
• Above prices are valid after any necessary initial clean ups.
• If an initial landscape cleanup is necessary they are billed at $99 hr., clean up estimates can be given.
