perforated pipe to vent water that seeps down through the upper gravel.

underground PVC pipe that channels water away from your house and

foundation.

Swales - The surface of your yard is reshaped to create a shallow ditch

that will direct water away from your home.

Channel Drains - also known as trench drains or strip drains, this drain is

long in length and narrow in width. This type of drain is ideal for

driveway drains or areas where maximum flow volume is anticipated.

Dry Well - If you can't relocate the downspout, route the water under

your walk and out to a dry well buried in your lawn. This perforated,

open-bottom plastic barrel, which sits in a hole and is surrounded by

stones, captures water coming off your roof, and lets it slowly disperse

into the ground. Your walkway will be drier, and your storm drains will be

less overloaded.

Dry Creek Beds - this is a man made creek bed, lined with decorative

rock, the dry creek bed can be used to channel water and decorative

purpose as well.

Clean Rain Gutters – we will remove leaves, debris and unclog down

spouts. This is the starting point of your drainage system.
